Book Fair Week

Great week this week and we still have fun Friday!
It's been Book Fair Week at Mini1's new school with the aim to raise £900 for more books and lovely things. The pupils have seen a full week of fun activities, story telling, dressing up as book characters and book shopping in the school hall.
To end the week Mini1 thought making bookmarks for her friends would be a good idea, we decided on mice bookmarks as mice are quiet and they have long tails that can poke out between the pages and keep your place! We cut out the shapes from recycled boxes and Mini1 did some lovely mice features on all 28 mice-marks.

Time flies by and my baby turns five!
Today's prep for the party has included these mini tiny party hats that will be for the fairy cakes.....

LovE yOu My VaLentiNe

Mini1 is very excited; a week of pancakes and hearts!!! Two of her favourite things.
Well we did make and flip pancakes which was both funny and yummy but my favourite was the little ones getting arty with their hearts for valentine. Mini1 wishes for us to be the Love-Heart family, Oo they make you smile.
